ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

To register online, please email your name, email address, and Bayberry Home address to poolatbayberry@gmail.com so you can receive your welcome email, which contains a link to set your password. Once you login, please navigate to the My Info tab to enter and confirm your information in the 3 sections below.

We are requiring that everyone supply billing information to be kept on file (credit cards are preferred). You can enter your information securely online. This information is kept strictly confidential and is stored using the latest industry encryption standards (PCI DSS Level 1). We also offer the option of registering a checking account for debit via ACH. An ACH authorization form will be required.

After you have completed your profile you can navigate to the SIGN UP tab and choose the appropriate pool membership based on the number of residents in your household. If you wish to pay by check please choose the options which include “Pay by Check”. Your credit card won’t be charged; you will have to deliver a check to 31 Old Country Road so your pool membership can be processed offline. Online payments are accepted by credit card. Choose a membership level with a listed price.
