Summer Season

WELCOME TO THE 2026 SEASON!

We are counting down to another Bayberry Summer! The Bayberry Pool Committee is excited to welcome everyone back this season. 

Opening weekend is only two weeks away! Registration through MINDBODY is now open. 

Returning members’ household information has been carried over from last year. Login to the MINDBODY Site to reconfirm your household information and to process your summer membership. Changes to household residents can be made directly through your online profile. Changes to non-resident children or parents, whom you wish to allow access to the pool unaccompanied, may be added once your pool membership is processed (Reminder: Non-Residents are subject to guest fees).

New members will need to request access to the MINDBODY portal to sign up. Please email your name, email address, and Bayberry Home address to poolatbayberry@gmail.com. You will receive your welcome email within 24 hours so you can begin the registration process.

A picture must be on file in order to be admitted to the pool. Pictures from last year have been retained. Members requiring a photo can stop by the front desk during normal pool hours.

It is recommended that members keep a credit card on file so guest fees charged against their account. Those who choose not to keep a card on file will need to ensure their pool account is properly funded. Negative account balances will not be permitted.

Our tradition for opening weekend brunch, which is open to all Bayberry Residents. Please come and join us as we enjoy the start of a great new pool season at Bayberry!
